Role
Monday – Friday, this role will see you reporting to a reputable Director who provides plenty of support and structure. With your own dedicated Leasing Consultant, Junior Property Manager and Administrator for support, your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Managing a neat and tidy portfolio of properties
* Communicating effectively with landlords
* Ensure Repairs and maintenance are completed
* Manage and Conduct routine inspections
* Handling Rent Reviews
* Tribunal attendance
* NO Accounts, NO Leasing, and NO Weekends
Candidate
* Previous Property Management Experience
* A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver's license
* Commitment to providing superior customer service
* Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
* High level of customer service and excellent rapport‑building skills
* A positive approach with a strong customer focus
