About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Member Services Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in your community by providing exceptional service to our members.
Key Responsibilities
* To provide outstanding customer service to our members, responding to their enquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
* To work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and promote PCYC products and services.
* To maintain accurate records of member interactions, including point-of-sale transactions, cash handling, and electronic swipe device operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* A minimum of 12 months' experience working in a customer-facing role or sales environment.
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Sales Support:

Supporting the delivery of excellent customer experiences through effective communication.
