**Duties**:
**Required**:
- Proven experience in translating complex information and rewriting it into plain English
- Experience writing and designing content for the web-based on a predefined content strategy
- Experience in using a content management system (CMS) to populate content onto a website
- An understanding of human-centred design
**Desirable**:
- Experience in Google Analytics with an understanding of how content can influence search engine ranking (i.e. search engine optimisation)
- An understanding of small business ownership in Australia
- An understanding of how government policy is delivered through programs
- Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team in an Agile environment
