* Provide strategic leadership and oversight of academic programs in allied health, nursing, mental health, and research.
* Drive engagement with cross-sector partners, community stakeholders, professional bodies, and policy makers.
* Monitor and report on grant deliverables and ensure alignment with the organization's mission.
* Contribute to senior governance and decision-making within the School of Rural and Remote Health.
* Champion values of reconciliation, sustainability, and equity.
The successful candidate will have a PhD or equivalent experience with scholarly outputs in rural and remote health, education, or workforce. They will also have a strong understanding of the higher education sector, proven experience managing remote allied health programs, clinical placements, research, and evaluation, and demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and work effectively in culturally diverse settings.
