Territory Manager: Education and Retail Sales

Scholastic has partnered with Australian Primary Schools for over 50 years to instil a love of reading in children. We support teachers by supplying educational programs and resources to foster literacy and the joy of reading for pleasure. You will work to targets across both the education and retail markets within your established geographical territory, to help us grow our sales of children's books and educational resources.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintain and grow Scholastic's partnerships with Primary Schools in a geographic area.
* Generate awareness and provide ongoing support for print and digital resources by consulting with key education staff.
* Present new release titles on a monthly cycle to retail store accounts
* Full coverage of territory and management of CRM.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
* A passion for sales and a drive to excel
* Excellent planning, organisational and time-management skills
* Some knowledge in the use of Outlook and Excel
* Ability to work across a wide product base
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Confident presentation skills
