Job Title: Reception - Administration Assistant
This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute as a part-time reception and administration support professional. The successful candidate will provide personalized service to numerous clients while collaborating with an expert accountant.
The position commences in June, with a flexible schedule of 10 hours per week spread over 2 or 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). We seek a reliable, proactive, and approachable individual with exceptional organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will possess experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook, outstanding attention to detail, proficiency with numbers and data entry, and a high level of confidentiality. Tech-savvy professionals with administrative experience are highly sought after.

* General reception duties including answering phone calls and greeting clients

* Scanning correspondence and updating database
