Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support across all operational areas, including managing phone inquiries, scheduling calendars, updating client databases, and processing bulk billing claims to Medicare.
* Assist the Consortium Committee with agendas, meeting minutes, and post-meeting tasks, as well as supporting the administration team with maintaining client records and coordinating appointments.
* Ensure a high standard of care for young individuals and their families, providing reception and administrative support to all members of the Gawler centre.
Requirements:
* Hold strong organisational skills, the ability to successfully complete several tasks concurrently, maintain high levels of attention to detail, maintain documentation and record keeping, and meet deadlines.
* Possess a 'C' class Open driver licence and State Working with Children Check.
* Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including young people, families, and community groups.
