Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to lead the North Gold Coast demonstration facility and support customer projects nationwide. This role combines technical expertise with leadership skills, driving plant operations, R&D, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and manage the plant and lab to process waste into pellets
* Develop and implement R&D initiatives, scaling up drying systems
* Manage customer projects from start to finish
* Train staff and clients on operations best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Engineering or plant operations experience, preferably in bioenergy or waste management
* Strong project management and commissioning skills
* Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering
* Australian work rights and driver’s license
* Hands-on approach and ability to lead small teams
