Cloncurry Shire Council is seeking an Early Childhood Group Educator to join the team at Curry Kids Early Learning Centre.

What You Will Do 
Develop, implement, and evaluate inclusive and age-appropriate educational programs. 
Ensure all programs align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework 
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. 
Provide strong leadership and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare. 
Build and maintain strong, positive connections with children, families, and the community 
Keep accurate developmental records and communicate progress with families. 
Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety policies and childcare regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements 
Completion of Certificate III or IV in Children's Services with proof of enrolment in an AQF Diploma in Children's Services, OR 
Diploma in Children's Services (AQF Level 2) OR Advanced Diploma or higher in Children's Services or Education 
Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis Certificate (or ability to obtain before commencement) 
Valid Working with Children Blue Card 
Current Police Clearance 
Desirable 
Previous experience working in early childhood education 
Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, relevant government regulations, and the ECA Code of Ethics 
Ability to plan and implement engaging, educational programs for young children
