About the Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Consultant to join our client's team in Ringwood. This is a varied role where you'll be at the heart of the business, supporting customers, managing enquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. No two days are the same, and you'll enjoy plenty of variety while working closely with both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering prompt and professional support.
* Process orders, quotes, and customer documentation with accuracy.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met on time.
* Maintain customer records and update systems regularly.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in customer service, administration, or coordination.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
* Confident using Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP exposure is a bonus.
* Positive team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
