Service Delivery Coordinator – Queensland Government
We are currently seeking an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to join a large Queensland Government program of work. This role sits within the ICT Portfolio & Architecture function and plays a key part in ensuring services are effectively managed and delivered to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor incoming service requests and queues
- Coordinate service initiation and provide regular updates to customers
- Oversee reporting cycles and escalate issues where required
- Support cost recovery agreements and supplier/vendor contract updates
- Monitor and report on resource demand across architecture teams
- Recommend and implement service management process improvements
About you
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Experience managing workloads and service delivery processes in an ICT setting
- Practical understanding of service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL, SFIA) and project methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2)
- Ability to work collaboratively with ICT operators, vendors, and service providers
- Skilled at producing accurate reports, monitoring metrics, and escalating issues when required
