Seeking an experienced and outcome driven Executive Coordinator to support the Medical Service Group - Service Group Director and Medical Director.
About the opportunity
Provide high level executive support to the Service Group Director and Medical Director of the Medical Service Group. Lead a team of administrative officers to provide a support function to the Medical Service Group Management Team.
This is a temporary full-time position up to 09/05/2027. PLEASE NOTE - there is a possibility of an additional 12 months extension.
Role requirements
* Whilst not mandatory, a qualification in Business Administration (or equivalent) and experience as a secretarial support at a senior level would be highly regarded.
* This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.

* Is approachable, listens well, presents ideas and issues clearly, and participates in difficult conversations with honesty and respect.
* Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office and ability to acquire knowledge of other computer programs.
