In this role, you'll provide heartfelt service, encouraging donors to make life-saving blood and plasma donations, through a mix of outbound and inbound calls.To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:A donor-centric approach with experience in fast-paced environments.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.A collaborative attitude and the ability to foster a positive team culture.Strong attention to detail and a quick ability to learn new processes and systems.A commitment to privacy, quality, and excellence in every interaction.A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on understanding and meeting donor needs.Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment.A passion for continuous learning and exceeding KPIs.Training and RosteringWe offer flexible working arrangements to suit various preferences, with both full-time and part-time roles available.
Here's what you can expect:Training: Successful candidates will receive a comprehensive 4-week training program, delivered in the office from 9am to 5pm daily.
Following this, there will be a further 4-week consolidation period, with primarily in-office support.Flexible Work Options: After the initial training period, we offer hybrid work-from-home arrangements for added flexibility.Full-Time Schedule:12-week rotating roster between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 Saturday per rotation.Part-Time Schedule: While the first 4 weeks of training are full-time, flexible part-time options will be available afterward.
