The Digital Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the planning, creation, and delivery of digital marketing and communication initiatives within the energy sector. This position focuses on enhancing brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and campaign performance through effective use of digital channels, platforms, and content.
As part of the Marketing & Communications team, the Digital Coordinator will help position the organization as a thought leader in energy innovation and sustainability, supporting public engagement, investor communications, and customer outreach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Campaign Support
* Assist in the development and rollout of digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social media platforms.
* Coordinate campaign schedules, asset delivery, and performance reporting.
* Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and media agencies to ensure brand consistency and message clarity.
1. Content Management
* Maintain and update website content (e.g., news, case studies, investor updates, project announcements).
* Support the creation of engaging digital content such as blog posts, social media copy, videos, and infographics.
* Ensure content is aligned with brand voice, values, and corporate priorities.
2. Social Media & Community Engagement
* Manage day-to-day posting and monitoring across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Facebook).
* Respond to public and stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Track trends and recommend new ways to grow and engage audiences.
3. Analytics & Reporting
* Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital channels and campaigns (using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
* Generate regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
4. Event & Campaign Support
* Assist in digital promotion of public and industry events, stakeholder forums, and sustainability initiatives.
