ABOUT THE POSITION.
Liaise with consultants and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly. Although you will be exposed to all stages of projects, they're looking for someone very skilled and experienced in designing large-scale Multi-Residential projects. Your experience and Revit expertise will allow you to make proactive decisions with minimal assistance.
DUTIES.
* Lead the team and make key design decisions
* Coordinate with consultants and contractors
* Develop project timelines, manage documentation, and ensure seamless communication
* Ensure excellent documentation that complies with regulations
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
* Tertiary qualification in Architecture
* NSW Registered Architect
* Revit competency with practical studio experience
* +5 years' experience on mid to large-scale projects
* A drive for excellence and a passion for architecture
* Full working rights in Australia
