**Salary package**:$86,960 - $100,098 per annum plus 17% superannuation

**The Position**
As part of the HIA team, you will play a critical role by ensuring HIA facilities remain world-class, and continue to drive innovation, collaboration and cutting-edge research at an international level.
The HIA Administrator is a key role in a friendly, motivated team, providing high level advice and administrative support on a wide range of general administration, financial and human resources matters for NCRIS Heavy Ion Accelerators staff, students, visitors and stakeholders. This position will act as first point of contact for the Node, and will require regular liaison with chief investigators, academics, staff, visitors, students, and variety of stakeholders.
**The Person**
We are looking for a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to quickly develop productive, skilled relationships with colleagues and clients. Highly developed organisational skills and effective self-management are key. We are looking for someone who can provide accurate policy, procedure advice and coach staff, students, and stakeholders through detailed processes.
