As a Site Supervisor, you will require
Demonstrated track record in construction supervision on comparable projects.
In-depth knowledge of safety protocols, design processes, and logistics, complemented by strong problem-solving, communication, and software skills (including Aconex and Microsoft Office).
Proven ability to cultivate relationships, manage stakeholders effectively, and proactively escalate issues when required.
Responsibilities
Plan & Deliver: Manage project documents, subcontractor compliance, site setup, and daily operations.
Review & Complete: Maintain records, report on progress, identify risks, and oversee handovers.
Lead & Support: Coordinate teams, foster positive site culture, support meetings and industrial relations, and drive continuous improvement.
