An experienced Project Manager is required to lead a nationally significant government initiative focused on strengthening information-sharing, legislative alignment, and cross-agency collaboration.
This role involves coordinating complex workstreams across data quality uplift, system and portal enhancements, business process reform and stakeholder engagement. It will suit a professional experienced in managing ICT-enabled or regulatory transformation projects within high-trust environments such as justice, compliance, or public safety.
Working under an established program governance framework, you will provide day-to-day project leadership, oversee deliverables and represent your jurisdiction's interests in national forums and working groups.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate multiple inter-agency workstreams within a structured program environment.
* Manage project documentation, governance reporting, and quality assurance activities.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive collaboration across operational and policy areas.
* Monitor risks, interdependencies, and performance against agreed milestones.
* Support the alignment of business change, process reform, and data-sharing outcomes.
Skills and Experience
* Minimum five years' experience delivering large-scale projects in government, justice, or regulatory environments.
* Proven track record managing ICT-enabled or data transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
* Ability to interpret and apply legislative or policy frameworks in a project delivery context.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience presenting at senior levels.
* Demonstrated leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
* Relevant tertiary or project management qualifications (desirable).
