Responsibilities
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the VCE English Study Design.
* Read, annotate and analyse your allocated texts.
* Conduct tutoring sessions that address the capabilities and learning preferences of each individual students, with clear explanations and engaging activities.
* Communicate with students outside of sessions (e.g. provide feedback, answer questions)
* Attend regular training sessions.

Qualifications
* Must have graduated after 2020.
* Must have achieved a study score of 40+ in English.
* Must be willing/able to commit to the full academic year in 2026.
* Must be willing/able to commit to at least five students per week.
* Must be willing/able to read and analyse at least four texts in your own time, with the option to take on more if you choose.
* Must be willing/able to obtain an ABN & WWCC.
* No prior tutoring experience is required — we provide training as long as you are willing to learn.
