About the Role
* 4-week temporary assignment covering planned leave
* Starting 23/03/2026
* Location: South of River
* Flexible, full time or part time working arrangements available
Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of a residential portfolio - in office only
* Tenant and landlord communication
* Maintenance coordination and follow-up
* Routine administration and lease support
* Keeping everything running seamlessly while the team member is away
About You
* Previous residential property management experience
* Confident communicator with strong organisation skills
* Ability to step in and hit the ground running
* Experience with Console software advantageous
