Job Title
A dedicated and experienced professional is required to lead our Out of Hours Care programs as a Program Coordinator. This leadership role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple services, ensuring the delivery of safe, inclusive, and engaging programs for children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of educators and support staff, promoting a culture of quality and excellence.
* Develop and implement programming that reflects the My Time Our Place framework and meets the diverse needs of children.
* Liaise with families, schools, and external agencies to support child wellbeing and inclusion.
* Manage service operations, including rostering, budgeting, compliance, and risk management.
* Work collaboratively with the Senior Manager - Business Support to achieve program objectives.
Requirements:
* Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of experience in a similar Out of Hours Care coordination role.
* Knowledge of National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place, and Family Assistance Law.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
