Job Description
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
* Lead and manage a high-performing portfolio across Utilities & EPC's in Australia.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Utilities sector.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
* Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of solutions.
* Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Sales Manager Should Have
* Proven experience in sales within the Utilities & Energy sector.
* A strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
* Ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve results.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field are highly regarded.
* Technical understanding of Transformers and HV Utilities.
