Pembroke School is seeking a highly organised and service-oriented School Administration Assistant to join our Professional Services team due to internal movement. About the Role
As the School Administration Assistant, you will be central to ensuring the efficient delivery of administrative and operational services across the School. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering a blend of operational coordination, administrative support, and stakeholder engagement.
Working closely with the Executive Assistant to the Principal and the broader Administration team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative support across the School. From coordinating print services to supporting key projects and engaging with students, staff, and families, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, detail-focused and purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the School's Print and Stationery Room, including scheduling and preparing materials
* Provide high-quality administrative and project support to leadership and key School initiatives
* Maintain accurate records, systems and documentation to support operational efficiency
* Support the Administration team with reception coverage and student services as required
* Assist with school communications, events, and student award processes
* Contribute to a responsive, professional and service-focused administrative environment
About You
You are a proactive and highly organised administrator who enjoys working in a busy, people-focused environment. You bring a strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.
You will bring
* Experience in administrative support within a professional or educational environment
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* Confidence working with systems and technology, including Microsoft Office and databases
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in record-keeping and documentation
* A team-oriented approach, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Most importantly, you are adaptable, reliable, and take pride in contributing to a well-organised and welcoming school environment.

* Current Working with Children Check (South Australia)
* Current Plink RRHAN-EC training: Masterclass and Fundamentals (including Protective Practices)
