Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Working solely in litigation across various teams and dispute types
* Drafting affidavits, pleadings, and defences
* Organising and attending client conferences
* Reviewing client documents and providing initial advice
* Obtaining FOI documents from the ATO to advise clients
* Attending hearings in the Supreme Court, Federal Court, and AAT
* Drafting briefs to counsel and collaborating on evidence analysis
* Conducting strategic legal research on niche legal points
* Leading execution roles on smaller matters and acting as main client contact
* Working directly with directors and practice leads
