Workforce Planner
As a Workforce Planner, you will play a key role in preparing daily rosters that align operational needs with compliance requirements. This involves collaborating with various business units to create high-quality rosters using optimising rostering tools.
This position requires effective rostering practices to support management and ensure labour standards are met. Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with analysts to determine skill level requirements for relevant business units
* Communicating changes and skill shortages with stakeholders regarding upcoming roster cycles
* Effective rostering practices to support management in line with operational requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Business or Human Resources, with demonstrated experience in large hospitality venues or similar. They must have a strong understanding of WH&S compliance and the ability to facilitate change within departments based on rostering needs.
