We have two exciting opportunities open within our Centralised Sales Team to join us as a Full Time Sales Coordinator. Embracing Work Your Way these roles can be based out of the Gold Coast or Sydney Accor corporate offices.
Getting to know the role and your responsibilities:
Within this role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support across the Accor Apartments & Realty sales performance team directed by the Director of Commercial Shared Services and Director of Sales, Accor Apartments & Realty.
Specifically, this position is responsible for supporting the central and regional sales team through the coordination of all sales activation activity, reporting requirements, and collation of required documentation.
1. Providing a high level of sales administration and support for the department
2. Supporting the A&L sales team through RFP and RFI process in quotes and administration
3. Collation of sales performance data and reporting requirements to assist the Sales Performance team in strategic decision making
4. Under direction from the team, maintain an accurate and up to date client history to support the Sales Performance team
5. Prepare presentations and reports as required for the Apartments & Realty sales team
6. Assist with sales footprints and supporting business development needs
7. Act as a central point of contact for all Apartments & Realty sales team members within region as well as clients and suppliers
8. Distribute correspondence on behalf of the Director to key stakeholders
9. Actively coordinating meetings for the Apartments & Realty Sales Performance team including agenda setting and minute taking
10. Purchase Order and invoice processing & management & reporting for the Commercial Sales team
11. Coordination of all commercial sales initiatives and projects as directed
12. Receiving, responding or forwarding of all enquiries through the commercial Sales office
What we are seeking:
13. Previous experience in a sales or administrative position
14. Experience within hotel operations highly regarded
15. Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite of applications
16. Knowledge of sales force tools preferred
