In this leadership role you'll oversee daily operations, support and inspire your team, and providing exceptional beauty and self-care services to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth workflows, exceptional client experiences, and high-quality service delivery.
* Lead, motivate, and support beauty therapists to achieve performance and customer service goals.
* Manage bookings, stock control, and client relationships to ensure efficiency and product availability.
* Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards across the clinic.
* Drive clinic performance through effective sales, marketing, and client retention initiatives.
* Manage and resolve client complaints efficiently and professionally.
* Foster a positive, professional, and supportive team culture through communication, training, and feedback.
What We're Looking For
* Relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy or a related field
* Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
* Availability between Monday to Saturday
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively
* Excellent time management, leadership and organisational skills
* Sound understanding of beauty treatments, retail sales, and clinic operations.
* A positive, friendly and proactive attitude
* Previous experience in a management or senior therapist role within a beauty or wellness environment is preferred.
