Shellharbour Council has an opportunity for a talented Communications professional to join our team as our new Team Leader Communications .
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of Council's Communications and Engagement Strategy. The Team Leader Communications will work to deliver a coordinated and proactive approach to communications, media, and engagement, providing strategic advice and support to build capability across the organization.
The role requires an experienced communication professional who will lead a team of communications and engagement officers to promote Council's role in the community and foster positive community outcomes.

We offer:
* Permanent full-time position, 35 hours per week with access to flexi-time
* Starting salary from $93,179.32 - $98,883.20 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
