Training and compliance coordinator

Overview

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a hands‐on coordination role that sits at the intersection of people, training and compliance.

You'll work closely with our external compliance partner, AtOne AGRI, to ensure our training and compliance systems are implemented, maintained and operating effectively.

From coordinating inductions and managing training records, to supporting WHS activities and preparing for audits, you will be the go‐to person for keeping our compliance engine running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting AtOne AGRI with on‐the‐ground implementation and day‐to‐day operation of our Training & Compliance management system.
* Coordinating new employee site inductions and ensuring records are accurate and current.
* Managing training, licensing, certification and competency records using our AGRI People & Compliance software platform.
* Assisting with incident reporting, investigations and corrective action tracking.
* Managing quality assurance programs and preparing for internal and external audits.
* Coordinating return‐to‐work and rehabilitation programs for injured workers.
* Supporting risk identification, assessment and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Providing general administrative and operational office support as required.
What We're Looking For
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Great communication skills and a genuine ability to build relationships across a team.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to accurate record keeping.
* Confidence working with digital systems and compliance platforms (or a willingness to learn quickly).
* A working knowledge of WHS, training frameworks, or quality assurance processes.
* Experience in a training coordination, safety, compliance or QA role is desirable.
* A background in agriculture, feedlots or livestock operations is a bonus, but not essential.
