Costa’s Citrus operations in Sunraysia, Victoria, are seeking individuals to join our team as Casual Quality Control Officer for our upcoming Citrus season. We have an immediate start opportunities available across our Farms within the Sunraysia Region.
We’re seeking reliable, detail-oriented team members to help us deliver top-quality citrus fruit to domestic and international markets. Perfect for those wanting hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment and are keen to contribute to one of Australia’s largest citrus operations.
The role is a casual position that will require Sunday to Friday availability with hours varying.
About the Role
As a Quality Control Officer, you’ll be responsible for:
* Carrying out inspections and quality checks on citrus fruit
* Accurately completing electronic or paper-based QA records
* Monitoring production processes and escalating any issues
* Working closely with Supervisors and Harvest Teams to maintain food safety standards
* Supporting with general tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:
* Good attention to detail and observation skills
* Clear and respectful communication and ability to follow procedures
* Ability to identify and escalate non-compliant matters
* Good understanding of Harvest Operations and Quality Requirements
* Punctual, reliable, and able to commit to consistent work during the harvest period
* Ability to work Independently and be Physically Capable of working in-field
Applicants must have a Driver’s licence and their own transport to and from the farm and have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
