As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to keep our admin side running smoothly and support the team.
About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role in our Padstow office (7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday). You'll work closely with our team and take care of all things admin. Pay rates will depend on level of experience. Immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide direct support to the Director and internal team
· Manage overdue accounts and work toward collection targets
· Oversee company assets including vehicles, registrations, insurances, and servicing
· Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation
· Calendar and diary management
· Communicate with customers and clients (phone and email)
· Onboard new subcontractors and employees
· Prepare documents, including council applications and contractor documentation
· Assist with recruitment-related tasks as needed
· Manage the company's social media presence
· Purchase supplies and liaise with suppliers
· Perform data entry, basic bookkeeping support, and general administrative tasks
· Support the implementation of new software or processes
· Carry out any other duties required to support daily operations
About You
· Strong administrative and organisational skills
· Experience in a similar administration role
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Confidence using Microsoft Office or learning new systems
· Strong IT skills – comfortable and capable with computers
· Able to problem-solve in unfamiliar situations
· Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
