Introduction:
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Assistant Accountant for a recognised commercial organisation in the construction domain. They are a leading name in the industry and show significant growth by offering world class services to their customers. It's a fast paced, driven and collaborative environment, working in the finance division, where the colleagues are engaged, aware, friendly and value encouraging ideas. It's a close knit finance team and you'll be reporting to the Group Finance Manager.
Your responsibilities:
* Handling bank and balance sheet reconciliations, looking after GL, journals, etc.
* Looking after the Fixed Assets and other transactional accounting tasks with the Coordinator
* Supporting with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, etc.
* Month end and financial year end duties
* Supporting the Group Finance Manager for ad-hoc tasks
What experience will you have:
* 5+ years of experience in the accounting domain
* Analytic approach, problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail
* Comfortable working with large data sets on Excel
* Experience in any big ERP
* Stakeholder management is MUST
