A well-regarded plaintiff firm is seeking an experienced Medical Negligence Lawyer (5+ years PQE) to join its growing team.
This role will suit a lawyer confident in handling complex, high-value medical negligence matters and looking for autonomy within a supportive environment.
The Role.
You will:
* Manage complex medical negligence matters from inception through to resolution
* Work closely with medical experts and counsel
* Develop litigation strategy and advise clients with empathy and clarity
* Conduct negotiations and prepare matters for hearing where required
* Contribute to mentoring and team development
About You
* 5+ years post-admission experience, with strong medical negligence exposure
* Proven ability to manage complex litigation files
* Excellent drafting and analytical skills
* Strong client care capability
* Professional, strategic and commercially astute
