Main Responsibilities:

* Participate in project management, process re-engineering, organisational change, stakeholder management implementation, and beyond.
">
* Develop and present client-focused solutions for both projects and business development.
">
* Support the Victoria real estate advisory team, providing technical project delivery knowledge and contributing to a multi-disciplinary team.
">
* Act as day-to-day management consultant, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets and quality standards.
">
* Produce clear, concise, and persuasive client-facing reports or deliverables in various formats that deliver to client expectations and demonstrate value.
">
* Provide complementary services to Turner & Townsend's propositions such as project management, cost management, contract services, and program management.
">
* Leverage strategic vision, change management, and stakeholder engagements to drive successful organisational transformations.
">
* Develop key client data into insights which can be used to drive enhanced performance and management.
">
* Develop project/program/portfolio management approaches used to improve delivery of capital assets and assure client investments are effectively and efficiently controlled.
">

Requirements:
">

* A minimum of 4-6 years consulting and advisory experience.
">
* A university degree in Program Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business, or Economics.
">
* Experience in delivering capital projects, programs, and/or portfolios.
">
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary consultancy team environment and individually.
">
* Experience of working across real estate sectors or infrastructure or natural resources and both private and public sectors.
">
* Previous experience working for a consultancy organisation.
