Overview
We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to take on real delivery responsibility and help shape the direction of the engineering division. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind another engineer. It is for someone ready to lead projects, build client relationships and contribute to a team that is genuinely growing.
The Role
You will run structural projects from concept through to design and construction, mentor junior engineers, and play an active part in developing client relationships. You will have the technical depth to work across commercial, industrial and public sector structures, and the communication skills to represent directly with clients and builders.
What We Are Looking For
* A minimum of 8 years of structural engineering experience in the WA market.
* Strong background across commercial, industrial, and public sectors.
* CPEng, or strong desire to achieve Chartered status in the immediate future.
* Experience leading project delivery and managing client relationships.
* Confident communicator, comfortable working directly with clients and project stakeholders.
* Interest in business development and growing a client base.
