The RoleThe Diesel Mechanic will assist in the maintenance servicing and repairs of motor vehicles, mobile plant and mechanical equipment used by council and will ensure quality and consistency in the works undertaken by Fleet Services team. All work will be performed in a safe responsible manner within the City of Whittlesea's OHS policies and procedures, current industry guidelines, and State legislation as required. This role will also be required to provide technical and operational support to other staff.
About youMaintain and service vehicles, plant and equipment to a high standard following manufacture's maintenance schedules, industry standards, and allocated repair times.
