Overview
An established and respected manufacturing business based in Bundaberg is seeking a skilled Aluminium Welder/Fabricator to join their production team.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering strong job stability, excellent work-life balance and consistent hours.
The Role
* Full-time permanent position
* 38 hours per week
* Monday to Thursday: 6am - 4pm
* Friday overtime available (6am - 12pm) when required
* $35 per hour (permanent rate)
* Superannuation + leave entitlements accrued
* Weekly tool allowance of $30.38 (when working)
Key Responsibilities
* MIG and TIG aluminium welding
* Aluminium fabrication and detailed fit out work
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings
* Maintaining high-quality weld standards
* Working collaboratively to meet production deadlines
* Maintaining a safe and organised workspace
What We're Looking For
* Strong MIG and TIG aluminium welding experience
* Fabrication experience (light sheet metal preferred)
* High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
* Commitment to workplace safety
Trade qualification is valued but not essential — demonstrated aluminium welding ability is key.
