About the role
Revolution Retail Shopfitting is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Brendale, Queensland. As an Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and functionally-optimised retail environments for our diverse range of Commercial and Residential clients. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
What you'll be doing
Collaborating with clients to understand their situation, vision and requirements
Developing innovative and trendsetting interior design concepts that align with the client's objectives
Preparing detailed design plans, including layouts, material selections, lighting, and furniture specifications
Overseeing the implementation of design concepts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the entire design and construction process
Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies and best practices in retail interior design
What we're looking for
Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field
Some experience in a commercial or residential interior design role
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills
Experience in Customer Service role or Direct Customer contact role
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and functional spaces
