We are looking for a BONING ROOM PRODUCTION MANAGER to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee Daily operations of the production room to ensure efficient work flow and high production quality
- Lead, train and supervise production staff, ensuring adherence to food safety, hygiene and WHS standards
- Track production data, yields and KPI's
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL POSSESS:
•A positive attitude and a willingness to be part of a larger team
• A good work ethic, attention to detail and be able to follow instructions well
• Understanding of yield reports
• Lives reasonably close to the Clontarf area
