This role involves managing all construction and contractual matters associated with the project to ensure optimal commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage on-site construction operations, ensuring effective coordination of teams and subcontractors.
* Maintain high levels of communication and collaboration with clients, designers, and internal stakeholders.
* Oversee all cost and contractual matters including forecasting, reporting, claims, supplier agreements, and cash-flow optimisation.
* Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures.
* Drive quality assurance and ensure all works align with company standards and project objectives.
We require a proven experience delivering commercial construction projects, with a minimum of 5+ years as a Project Manager. Extensive background in contracts management is essential. Strong leadership and team-building skills are also required.
Solutions-focused with a proactive mindset and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Proficient in MS Project and MS Office Suite, with working knowledge of construction management platforms.
