Employment Type: Health Manager Level 2 – Full Time, Exempt (Until June 2026)
Remuneration : $114,251.00 - $134,809.00 per annum, plus 12% superannuation
Hours Per Week: 38

This position is offered on a fixed-term basis, with the possibility of transitioning to ongoing employment should a permanent opportunity become available during the contract term.

About the Opportunity

The Digital Product Owner plays a critical role in the ongoing maintenance, optimisation, and governance of the BreastScreen NSW website. This role sits within the Social Marketing and Campaigns team and collaborates closely with the BreastScreen NSW Program and Information Management & Technology (IM&T) teams. The Digital Product Owner ensures the website continues to meet user needs, organisational goals, and digital best practices.

The role will support the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of a range of projects within the Social Marketing and Campaigns team to support the NSW Cancer Plan. The role will manage and optimise the BreastScreen NSW website, ensuring it remains accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with branding, paid and organic search activity, accessibility, and performance standards. The role supports content editors and page owners and coordinates enhancements and maintain governance frameworks for digital content and functionality.

For your application to be considered

* Tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience in marketing, digital marketing / media design.
* Demonstrated experience using a Content Management System (CMS) (e.g. Optimizely) to update and manage website content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and application of high digital standards such as Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
* Demonstrated experience in project management and management of internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
* Demonstrated experience delivering digital projects including implementation, management and optimization of websites, SEO and SEM.
* Demonstrated social media experience, including content planning, community management and media optimization.
* Experience in the delivery of public health related communications will be highly regarded.

* Please provide an example of a website launch or optimisation project you have managed that required engagement with a range of internal and external stakeholders. How did you manage stakeholders to ensure project outcomes were achieved? What were the key challenges? What were the results and how were these measured?
