**Responsibilities**:
- Clean and maintain the residents' apartments and common areas to an excellent standard. 
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly used and stored. 
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standard. 
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management. 
- Assist in other housekeeping duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel setting. 
- Good communication skills and ability to interact well with residents, staff, and visitors. 
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing an excellent standard of cleaning. 
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
