Job Summary - Baker Mix ingredients (excellent dough maker) and bake ingredients using the understanding of the ingredients to produce breads, rolls or other baked goods including baguette and brioche, sourdoughs of various. Job Summary - Pastry Cook Prepare quality pastry items such as breakfast items, desserts, cookies, cakes, pies, biscuits, displays/centrepieces and special request items.
