About the Role
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will provide strategic and operational leadership across all areas of the Club, with a strong focus on gaming, hospitality, and member experience. The role is accountable for driving commercial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering sustainable long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clear strategic direction and execute Board-approved initiatives
* Lead and optimise day-to-day operations across all departments
* Drive performance across gaming, catering, and club operations to maximise revenue and profitability
* Deliver accurate, timely, and data-driven insights and reporting to the Board
* Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, including gaming, liquor, and WHS legislation
* Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
* Drive business growth through marketing, promotions, and member engagement strategies
* Enhance member experience, loyalty, and overall satisfaction
* Strengthen the Club’s brand, community presence, and stakeholder relationships
About You
* Proven CEO or senior executive experience ideally within clubs, gaming, or hospitality environments
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* In-depth understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks
* Ability to lead teams and drive organisational performance
