Canberra Health Services (CHS) is seeking a suitably skilled Executive Branch Manager (EBM), People and Culture to fill a long-term, five-year contract. Working collaboratively across CHS divisions, the People and Culture portfolio delivers strategically aligned workforce solutions with a focus on building organisational and change management capability and providing workforce data to support operational decision making. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the EBM is responsible for providing leadership and advice in a diverse range of human resource and employee/industrial relations functions, to support health service operations. The successful incumbent will manage all operations across their service areas, which are aimed at increasing effectiveness and efficiency and supporting best practice access initiatives across CHS. To thrive in this position, the successful candidate will have previous experience in human resource management and industrial relations, ideally in a complex health system. Remuneration: The position attracts a remuneration package ranging from $288,060 - $298,258 depending on current superannuation arrangements of the successful applicant. This includes a cash component of $254,964. Contract: The successful applicant will be engaged under a performance-based long-term contract for a period of up to five years.
