In early 2022, Junction Support Services, a local not-for-profit community services organisation, took ownership of the former Café Grove in High Street Wodonga.
It has now opened its doors to Wodonga's very own Youth Space and Wodonga's first Social Enterprise, Close Collective Café.
At Junction, we work every day to change the lives of people experiencing hardship in our community. Our new Social Enterprise Café will continue this work by providing young people we work with (and others in our community) with work experience and employment pathways.
All profits generated from the café will be reinvested in local youth and community support programs through Junction Support Services, ensuring that every cup of coffee or meal contributes directly to supporting Junction's crucial work in the community.
Close Collective Café aims to empower and uplift youth by providing them with meaningful employment and skills development opportunities.
