This investment includes a new high-speed can body line, boosting our capacity by 13% and featuring cutting-edge decoration and quality systems.
Reporting into the shift supervisor and working a 12hr rotating shift (7am-7pm ,7pm -7AM), 24/7 days, the key responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to: Maintaining safety, quality, and manufacturing standards Operating high speed machinery Attending to mechanical breakdowns on shift Reading following SOP's Contributing to our approach of continuous improvement and helping to achieve world class operational performance.
When required: provide high level trouble shooting.
preventative maintenance tasks assist in necessary modifications.
technical assistance to reduce production equipment downtime and spoilage.
assist in machinery changeovers.
monitoring machinery and resolving issues About You Trade Qualified Fitter Minimum 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Strong commitment to safe work practices Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes drug alcohol testing.
Availability to work across 24hr rotating shift patterns.
