We are seeking for Installers to support a short‑term installation project in Canberra. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, can follow instructions, and are comfortable working in a fast‑paced site environment.
You will be assisting with the installation of a false floor and track system, as well as portering materials from the container through the lift and into the work area. All timber components will be pre‑cut, and an APC supervisor will guide the team through each step.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with installing a false floor and track system
* Porter flooring and track materials from the container to the lift and work area
* Follow instructions from the onsite APC supervisor
* Use hand tools and power tools safely
* Maintain a clean, organised and professional work environment
* Comply with all safety requirements and wear PPE
* Support smooth project delivery through teamwork and communication
* Straightforward installation work with onsite guidance
Minimum Requirements
* White Card (advantageous)
* Previous labouring, installation or construction experience (advantageous)
* HRL – LF and EWP licences (advantageous)
* Physically fit and able to perform manual handling
* Able to follow instructions and work safely
* Effective verbal communication
* Must be available for the full project duration
