We are looking for an Administrator to provide varied and flexible support to the local XXXX office including:
* Updating databases and client records
* Creating and preparing various reports, presentations and documents
* Filing, scanning and maintaining client files
* Organising and supporting meetings, client visits, events in the office
* Reception cover when required
* Maintaining the day‐to‐day operations of the office, including supplies management
About You
Required:
High school diploma and 2 years related experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.
