As the Assistant Bar and Restaurant Manager, you will support the daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring smooth service and high customer satisfaction levels. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, addressing customer inquiries, and upholding quality in food and beverage offerings. You will assist in hiring, training, overseeing inventory, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an exceptional guest experience and build a loyal customer base.Excellent Communication skills for effectively managing team coordination and building positive relationships with staff and customers.Experience in Food & Beverage management with knowledge of inventory control and quality assurance.Proficiency in Hiring and training restaurant and bar team members to maintain a high-performing team.Ability to multitask, solve problems efficiently, and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment.Understanding of health and safety regulations and adherence to industry standards.Previous experience in a hospitality management role and a qualification in hospitality management or a related field are highly desirable.
